Tobacco Factory Constantino Pérez Carrodegua
 Santa Clara has an excellent Fábrica de Tabacos. The factory occupies a full city block and produces high-quality Montecristo, Partagas, Romeo y Julieta, Punch, and Robaina cigars. You´ll learn the ins and outs of the making of the world´s favorite cigars during guided tour.

Augusto César Sandino Stadium
Inaugurated in 1966, cheer on the Villa Clara’s team - known as the Naranjas (Oranges), because of their uniform color - at this venue for baseball games. At this stadium that seats 20,000 you can enjoy a game from October to April.

Wall against the War
On the 40th anniversary of the Cuban humorist publication Melaito a handful of the most acknowledged Cuban satirists, gathered in Santa Clara to declare War on war with an 88x4 meter public mural. The mural is a protest against international terrorism and the political and economic aggression of the US as well as a show of support to the five Cubans serving harsh prison sentences in the US for their efforts to uncover terrorist actions being planned in Southern Florida against Cuba.

Capiro´s Hill
From the statue of Che Guevara y Nino it is a short hike to Loma del Capiro further east. Loma del Capiro is the hill that was a vantage point Che and his forces used during the liberation of Santa Clara in 1958, it is also a great elevated lookout over the city. Nowadays the lookout is marked by a flag and an abstract metallic piece of art of the man that – especially in Santa Clara – seems bigger than life.
